What is a Fashion Truck?


A fashion truck is a boutique on wheels. Think of a food truck but instead of food there are clothes, accessories and a dressing room.




Where are you located?


The fashion truck has a gypsy soul, therefore no permanent location. The truck travels far and wide in Sonoma County.




How do I shop on the truck?


You can check out "Our Next Pop Up" on the home page and see where our next events will be. If you do not see an event that’s convenient to you then we would love for you to book a party with us!




What's your return policy?


Return and Exchange Policy At Sparrow we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not satisfied with one of your purchases we will do all we can to try to make that better. All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Anything purchased at a discounted or marked down price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Intimates, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may be returned and the discounted price will be refunded or credited (i.e. Flash Sales). Gift Cards cannot be returned. If you Purchased an item(s) through our Online Boutique: Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item or if you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order via phone at: 707-861-0493 or email: andrea@shopsparrowfashion.com Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs, unless there was a mistake on our end. To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 10 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed by our returns department, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used. To receive an online credit: Your package must be postmarked for return within 21 business days of your purchase date. Once your return is processed by our returns department, you will receive an email with a gift card number containing your credit. Your online credit never expires. Want to return an item? Here’s how: Print & COMPLETE the return form below and include it, along with the original packing slip, included with the item(s) you are returning. Swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. If you Purchased an item at one of our Sparrow Truck Pop Up Shops: To receive a refund: Please contact us within 10 business days of the original purchase.
